Terms & Conditions

Introduction:
This promotion is open to clients utilizing NCS services to deliver into new (excluding deliveries into current retailers for which we are already engage with and doing business ) retail customers and guarantees NCS will arrange On-Time delivery. If On-Time delivery into these retailers is not successful, 100% of the shipping fees will be credited back towards future shipments. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they govern all participants of the New Retailer On-Time Guarantee Promotion.
Definitions:
NCS: National Consolidation Services, Inc.
New Retailer(s): Retailer(s) that the Client is not currently using NCS’s services to ship into, or a retailer that the client has not used NCS’s services to ship into within the previous three months and is not a seasonal shipper.
On-Time: On-Time shall be defined as the delivery being made within the allowable parameters for each retailer provided to the customer in the retailer’s routing guide or other like documentation. Grace periods, and deviations from standard delivery processes that would not result in a late penalty being assessed to the client shall not be eligible for fee reimbursement or credit.
Shipping Fees: Fees paid to NCS to arrange for the transportation of freight into a given retailer.
Terms of Use:
Eligibility:
Clients shipping retail LTL and TL into retailers that are within the NCS strategy, including, Target, Meijer, Ulta, Sam's, Costco, CVS and Walmart. Existing clients that already ship into one of NCS’s approved retailers will not be eligible for that retailer, any additional New Retailer business will count towards the program.
How to Participate:
Any client that ships with NCS into a New Retailer between September 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026, is eligible to participate in the On-Time Guarantee program. Please contact your sales or customer service representative for additional details.
Promotion Period:
September 2025 – December 2026.
Shipping Fee Coverage:
100% of shipping fees will be credited back to the client towards future shipments, if On-Time delivery was not successful. Credit towards shipping fees will be applied to future services at the discretion of NCS.
Limitation of Fee Coverage:
NCS will credit 100% of shipping fees for late shipments, however in no event shall NCS’s liability for shipping fee coverage exceed the total amount paid by client for shipping for the given delivery.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Termination/Cancellation:
NCS reserves the right to terminate this promotion program at any point in time. The NCS New Retailer On-Time Guarantee will be immediately cancelled for companies that discontinue retail LTL and TL services with NCS.
Exclusions and Limitations:
This promotion does not apply to clients shipping into non-approved retailers at this time. Shipments that are canceled, returned, or otherwise not completed by the shipper will be ineligible. NCS shall not be responsible for shipping fees if the reason for missing a delivery time is due to circumstances outside of NCS’s control (Act of God, Pandemic, War, Strike, etc.) or that is due to no fault of NCS.
NCS New Retailer LTL Program Terms and Conditions
Effective 2025-2026
Introduction:
This program is open to new clients utilizing LTL shipping with National Consolidation Services. This program allows eligible clients to receive their first week’s shipment free after completing 4 full weeks of shipping with National Consolidation Services. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they govern all participants of the NCS New Retailer LTL Program.
Definitions:
NCS: National Consolidation Services, Inc.
New Clients: Clients that have never utilized NCS’s services for brokerage, freight-forwarding, or consolidating in the past, or within the last three months prior to the inception of this program.
Terms of Use:
Eligibility:
New clients shipping retail LTL with National Consolidation Services into Target, Meijers, Ulta, Sams, Costco, CVS and Walmart. How to Participate: New clients working with NCS for retail LTL services in 2025 will need to be accepted before being enrolled in the NCS New Retailer LTL Program.
Promotion Period:
Promotion will apply to new clients that onboard with NCS for retail LTL by the end of 2025. The promotion will run for the calendar year of 2026.
New Client Discount (1st Week):
New clients will earn a credit equal to the transportation cost of their first week’s (Sunday through Saturday) shipments after four (4) weeks of continuous shipping with NCS. For Clients to be eligible for credit, each week’s transportation cost (weeks 2-4) must be of equal or greater value to week one’s (1) transportation charges. If transportation costs in weeks 2-4 are not equivalent or greater in value to week one’s, shipper is not eligible for any credit.
Limitation of Fee Coverage:
NCS will credit the client equivalent to the first week of shipment or up to the transportation charges for that week. In no event shall NCS’s liability exceed the first week’s transportation sums paid to NCS. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.  
Termination/Cancellation:
The NCS New Retailer LTL Program will be immediately cancelled for companies that discontinue retail LTL services with NCS.
Exclusions and Limitations:
Shipments that are canceled, returned, or otherwise not completed by the shipper will be ineligible to receive credits back.
