NCS LTL Priority One Program Terms and Conditions Effective2025-2026
Introduction Welcome to National Consolidation Services Priority One Program where eligible participants can earn fee coverages, discounts, and credit(s) towards future invoices for shipping Retail LTL into Walgreens with us!
Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they govern all participants of the Priority One Program.
Definitions NCS: National Consolidation Services, Inc.
Promotion: “Promotion” means the discount offer described herein.
Customer/Client: “Customer” or “Client” means any customer with and meets all criteria during the Promotion Period.
Credit: “Credit” denotes the dollar amount awarded under this Promotion that will be applied as a discount to a Participant’s subsequent invoice(s).
Future Invoice: Invoices that are issued after the first billing cycle. (4 weeks: Sunday-Saturday).
Early/Late Fees: Fees that can occur from early or late delivery of shipments (outside of grace windows, and standard delivery procedures).
Terms of Use
1. Eligibility: New clients (new to working with NCS or who are not seasonal clients and have not shipped with in the last 90 days) who complete onboarding with us for retail LTL shipping into Walgreens are eligible to earn credit(s) through our Priority One Program.
2. How to Participate: New clients working with NCS for retail LTL services in 2025 will need to be accepted before being enrolled in the Priority One Program.
3. Promotion Period: Promotion will apply to all new clients that onboard with us by the end of 2025. The promotion will run for the whole year of 2026.
4. New Client Discount (1st Week): New clients will earn a credit equal to the amount of their first week (Sunday through Saturday) of shipments after four (4) weeks of shipping with NCS. Each Shipment’s value in weeks 2-4 must be of equal or greater value to week one’s (1) shipment, for the discount to be credited to the client’s next invoice. If Shipment’s value in weeks 2-4 are not equivalent or greater in value to week one’s shipment, shipper is not eligible for any credit.
5. Additional Credit(s): Invoice Credit(s) can also be earned based off revenue from your retail LTL shipments through our services after completing the first month of shipments. Additional Credit(s) will be managed by NCS within ninety (90) days if the client’s invoices are paid in full. For every $100k shipped Client will receive 2% credit back to use on future invoices. For every $250k shippedClient will receive 3% credit back to use on future invoices.For every $500k shippedClient will receive 4% credit back to use on future invoicesFor every $750k+ shippedClient will receive 5% credit back to use on future invoices.
6. Early/Late Fee Coverage: 100% of non-client and non-retailer related early/late fees on shipments will be covered by NCS. NCS will not cover or pay fees for delays outside of the organization’s control such as but not limited to: Act of God, War, Pandemic, or Labor Strikes NCS shall at all times retain the right to negotiate incurred fees with the retailer. Any Client participating in the program and expecting reimbursement for incurred fees shall forfeit the right to unilaterally accept charges for early or late fees from the retailer.
7. Limitation of Fee Coverage: NCS will cover 100% of Client early and late fees, subject to the terms and conditions of the program, up to a maximum amount of the aggregate transportation charges to the Client in the preceding three-month period. In no event shall NCS’s liability exceed this threshold.
8. How to Redeem Credit: Credit(s) for the first week of shipping will be automatically applied to the amount on the subsequent invoice by NCS. Credit(s) earned based upon the chart above for revenue volumes will be credited to the Client at NCS’s discretion but in no event later than ninety (90) days after full payment from Client.
9.Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
10.Termination/Cancellation: The Priority One Program will be immediately cancelled for companies that discontinue retail LTL services with NCS. Once services are stopped participants cannot earn credit(s) and are not eligible to participate in the program if they decide to continue to do retail LTL services with us in the future. Exclusions and Limitations: This promotion does not apply to: Clients that are onboarded for retail LTL services for Walgreens after December 31, 2025, or outside the Promotion Period. Shipments that are canceled, returned, or otherwise not completed by the shipper.

DISCLAIMERS Credit promotion has no cash value and is purely a credit. Additional Credit(s) will be managed by NCS within ninety (90) days if the client’s invoices are paid in full. If the customer is not current on payments, credit(s) will not apply to future invoices. NCS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting revised Terms and Conditions on the NCS website. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
